In compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of July 11 concerning the Information Services and Electronic Commerce, the user is informed that Graphired is the trade name of GRAPHIRED S.L.U. with tax identification number B43231398 and registered office at Calle Noves Tecnologies, 11 (Pol. Ind. Borges I), 43350. Les Borges del Camp (Tarragona).

We inform you that GRAPHIRED S.L.U. is the owner of this website and acts as the operator and manager of the contents of this web portal. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at web@graphired.com.

These General Conditions govern, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, the access and use of the website in which it is located, as well as the contracting of the services and products offered therein.

The use of the web attributes the condition of user and implies the acceptance of all the legal conditions of our pages. In this way, a series of rights and obligations are established that must be complied with by the web user. These rights and obligations shall govern the use of the website. If the user does not agree with these General Terms and Conditions, he/she must immediately leave the website.

By accepting these General Conditions, the user declares that he/she has read and understands the above, that he/she has sufficient capacity to contract the products and services offered, and that he/she assumes all the obligations set forth herein.

The user must carefully read the contents of these General Conditions whenever accessing the portal, as these may undergo changes. The owner of the website reserves the right to introduce changes in the information contained in the website as well as in the services and products offered, always with the purpose of improving the contents or complementing the existing information.

Any changes made to the website will not affect products or services that have been previously purchased.

How to buy a product?

Users will be able to see all the products in the portal and once registered, they will be able to buy them through the use of a virtual shopping cart, where the user will add those products that interest him/her. The process will consist of clicking on the ‘Add to cart’ or similar button.

When the user decides that he/she already has all the products or services he/she wishes to purchase, he/she can start the order process, either with the option ‘View Cart’ or similar, where he/she can check the products or services contained or with the option ‘Checkout’ or similar where he/she can already see the total amount of the purchase made, the associated taxes, as well as the transportation costs, if any.

Subsequently, the user will have the option to choose between different payment options and finally make the payment according to the chosen gateway, confirming on screen the order information and sending an email to the user’s address to confirm the transaction.

Payment can be made through the following systems:

  • Bank transfer.
  • Visa and Mastercard bank card (Individual and company).
  • Bizum

The price of the products shall be expressed in Euros and shall NOT include Value Added Tax (VAT).

In the case of payment by credit or debit card, the owner of the website does not have access to the bank details linked to the user’s account used to make such payment. The owner of the website does not know or record this data at any time during the entire payment transaction.

Once the purchase process has been completed, the user will receive a summary of the purchase made, detailing the date, the list of products or services, the price, the shipping method and the order number, at the e-mail address previously provided during the registration process.

All items available in our online store can be purchased and are in stock. If for any reason, once the order is placed, we do not have enough units in stock, the following solutions will be offered to the customer:

  • Order cancellation
  • Shipment of available units only and reimbursement of the part not supplied.
  • Shipment of the available units and subsequent shipment of the remaining part as soon as our suppliers supply them to us.
  • Pause the order until the total amount is available to make only one shipment.

Payment by wire transfer

Once we have received your order, we will send you an email with the total amount due and our bank details so that you can make the transfer. In this case, the products will be shipped once our accounting department confirms receipt of the transfer.

Before selecting “wire transfer” as your payment method, we would like to inform you that your bank may apply a fee, which could increase the total amount of your purchase.

 

Credit card payment

Your account will be charged at the time you place your order. You don’t have to worry about providing us with your card details, as our SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) system ensures that the transmission of this information from your computer to our server is completely secure and encrypted. To expedite future purchases, a token will be stored (never the credit card number). Once we send the token to the secure redsys payment gateway, you will only need to complete the necessary data to make the card payment. Remember that you will only be charged when you place an order through the website and select credit card as payment method.

We accept payment by credit card, but in certain situations we reserve the right to request payment by bank transfer.

Of course, here is an alternative version:

ATTENTION: All invoice charges are in Euros. When placing your order, be sure to use the current exchange rate. Please note that there may be a period of time between the debit being made and the bank processing it in the customer’s account. During this interval, any change in the exchange rate may influence the final amount debited to your account. This variation can be either favorable or unfavorable to the customer and is beyond our control, as it depends on the banks. Therefore, we assume no liability for differences in charges due to exchange rate fluctuations.

 

Pricing information

The price of our products is indicated at all times on our website, to which must be added the Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current general tax rate of 21%, as well as shipping costs.

During the purchase process, the customer will be able to know the final price before confirming the transaction.

Our purchasing system is subject to the legislation in force in Spain. Therefore, the sales transactions shall be deemed made at the registered office of Graphired, SLU.

 

Request for product samples

On our website, you can request samples of our products for delivery in Spain and Portugal.

To do so, please contact us by chat, phone or email at web@graphired.com.

It is important to keep in mind that when requesting a sample of a product, we will not send the complete product, but a sample that will allow you to evaluate its quality and characteristics. For example, instead of sending a full package of napkins, you will receive a single napkin, or instead of a full roll of tablecloth, you will receive a portion.

The maximum limit of samples you can request is up to 10 different references, with one sample allowed per product. In addition, it is not possible to request a sample of a product that has already been purchased in the same or previous orders.

We will send available samples as requested, and in some cases, we may also include samples of similar items so that you can evaluate the quality of the product.

If you place a purchase order on our website, the sample request will be at no additional cost, and available samples or similar products will be sent, if possible.

However, if you only request samples and do not place a purchase order, a freight charge will apply:

  • 5€ for shipments in Peninsula.
  • 7€ for shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and mainland Portugal.

In the scenario where we do not have samples of the requested product or a similar product, the shipment will still be made at the same cost.

When only samples are requested, delivery time can be up to 10 days. In case samples are ordered together with a purchase order, the delivery time shall be the same as for a standard purchase order, as defined in the general terms and conditions of sale.

 

Gift Policy

Depending on whether there are any promotions in effect at the time of purchase and if your order exceeds a certain amount, you may be offered the option to add a gift product to your order during the online checkout process.

It is important to note that because inventory synchronization is not in real time, if you place an order with payment by bank transfer (which implies a deferred payment), it is possible that when your order is being prepared, the gift product is no longer available in stock. Should this occur, we apologize in advance.

 

Shipping Policy

The calculation of shipping and handling charges is based on the weight and volume of the products included in your order. When you add an item to your cart, you will see the minimum shipping cost, and this will automatically update as you add more items. The final shipping cost can always be seen in the last step of the purchase process.

Remember that, if you are logged in with your user account, you can view the transportation cost without having to start the purchase process. The shipping costs will be available in the shopping cart summary.

Before finalizing the purchase, in the “Shipping and Billing” section of the checkout process, you will have the option to select both the billing and shipping address.

Please check the information provided for shipping costs. In the event that they are wrongly provided, the cost of reshipment shall be borne by the customer.

The delivery time is 24/72 working hours* for Peninsular shipments by NACEX. Shipments by other carriers (large volume orders) will be detailed below. 

Orders are processed until 15:00h. Therefore, all those made after this deadline will be sent on the next business day.

Non-peninsular shipments (Balearic Islands) have a delivery time of 72/96h.

*We cannot guarantee delivery times, we make every effort to ensure that the transport companies comply with the agreed conditions, but delays may occur for reasons beyond Graphired’s control.

Shipping and Returns Policy

Policy regarding delivery problems

Graphired works closely with distributors and delivery personnel to ensure smooth and efficient service. As a company, Graphired has clear policies on home delivery of its products:

All products must be inspected at the time of delivery by the customer.

Any damage detected must be indicated on the delivery note, on the copy given to the delivery personnel.

If it is damaged or damage is detected when the driver is present, the driver must remove the package and we will make every effort to replace the contents in the shortest possible time.

Any claim related to transportation must be made within 24 hours after delivery. To make a claim, send an email to “ web@graphired.com “.

Returns – Warranties

You have a period of 14 calendar days, from the day of delivery of the product, to return it unused and exchange it for another product or request a refund, in the following situations:

  •  If the size or color of the product is not appropriate.
  •  If we send you the wrong product (we apologize in advance).
  •  If there is a manufacturing or transport tare.

In these cases we will pay for the cost of returning the product and shipping the new product and we will repair or exchange the product immediately.

It is important that you notify us in writing within 24 hours of receiving the product if it has any damage caused by transport or if it is defective. After this period, we will not be able to attend to the claim.

If at the time of receipt you receive fewer packages than indicated on the agency’s delivery note, you must indicate this shortage on the delivery note and inform us by telephone or e-mail which material is missing so that we can replace it.

It is important to note that this last annotation will only be effective for the situations described above. Therefore, in situations other than those mentioned above, we cannot assume the costs incurred for the return.

To initiate a return claim, please contact us by email at web@graphired.com, indicating the following information:

  • Name:

  • Reason for return:
  • If it is a tared product, attach photographs.
  • If possible, attach a photo of the delivery note.

Once the email has been sent, we will reply within 24 hours confirming the return and the procedure to follow.

If the return has been accepted, the shipment must be made using the same protective box in which it was received to protect the product, after examining the item we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid for the item(s) purchased. 

The customer will only be required to bear the cost of return in the event that the return is for exchange or withdrawal of the purchase.

The amount of the reimbursement will be made by the same means of payment in which the order was placed, deducting the costs generated by the initial shipment.

The shipment must be made using the same protective box in which it was received.

PLEASE NOTE: All costs incurred by not contacting us before the return, by not waiting to receive the return authorization number or by not using the documents provided, will be deducted from our debt to you. We cannot pay any costs incurred by the customer due to the reasons described herein.

What happens in case of warranty problems?

We ship all the material in its original packaging with the manuals and documentation provided by the suppliers. We guarantee the products for the same period of time as the manufacturer’s warranty. During this time, we will repair or exchange any product as soon as we receive it. 

Although most leading brands offer an International Warranty, we believe it is unethical to sell a product and leave any possible warranty problems in the hands of local stores. 

Consequently, in case of warranty problems, simply send us an e-mail and we will give you all the necessary information to arrange a pick-up of the product in question at our expense to repair or replace it in the shortest possible time. 

 

Product customization

  • Buyer’s Liability on Printed Orders:
    • In printed orders manufactured by GRAPHIRED, S.L.U., the responsibility derived from the designs presented will be exclusive of the Buyer.
  • Margin of Tolerance:
    • Tolerance margin of 5% in manufactured quantities.
    • 3% tolerance margin for manufacturing defects. If this margin is exceeded, an incidence file will be initiated.
  • Color and Screen Registration:
    • Color registration in flexo printing is not totally accurate.
    • We do not accept screens to avoid invoicing a new color, as they may result in unsatisfactory results.
    • There may be slight variations in shade, size, weight, ink color, whiteness, etc.
    • The ink colors in the catalog are approximate.
  • Printing Recommendations:
    • It is recommended not to overload the printouts with text to ensure better quality.
    • Small objects should not carry large texts.
    • Inks can acquire different shades depending on the product to be printed on.
  • Non-Customized Products and Delivery Times:
    • Some products are ordered to the Far East and Italy, with delivery times of 2-6 months.
  • Cancellations and Invoicing:
    • Delivery times are approximate. In case of cancellation, the preliminary work performed will be invoiced.
    • If the Buyer does not provide an elaborated design, it will be considered as IMAGE CREATION, with an amount that can be consulted in each case.
  • Presentation of Tests and Changes:
    • Tests on finished products shall not be submitted.
    • Computer sketches shall be submitted to the Purchaser for consideration.
    • Whimsical changes in the tests will be billed separately.
  • Order Confirmation:
    • All orders will be confirmed by e-mail.
    • Conformity with an order implies acceptance of all details, including design, prices, discounts, quantities, etc.
  • Compliance Extension:
    • Conformity with a design extends to text, data, etc., including misspellings or design errors.
  • Use of Printing Preliminaries:
    • The printing preliminaries are for the exclusive use of GRAPHIRED, S.L.U., and will not be provided to other graphic workshops, even if the Buyer paid for their participation..
