Shipping Policy

Calculation of shipping costs

The calculation of shipping and handling charges is based on the weight and volume of the products included in your order. When you add an item to your cart, you will see the minimum shipping cost, and this will automatically update as you add more items. The final shipping cost can always be viewed at the last step of the checkout process.

Remember that, if you are logged in with your user account, you can view the transportation cost without having to start the purchase process. The shipping costs will be available in the shopping cart summary.

      • Before finalizing the purchase, in the “Shipping” section of the checkout process, you will have the option to select both the billing and shipping address.

      • Please check the information provided for shipping costs. In the event that they are wrongly provided, the cost of reshipment shall be borne by the customer.

      • Whenever you have questions regarding a shipment, please contact us through any of our support channels so we can assist you.

    Scope

    We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla for logistical reasons.

    Delivery times

    The delivery time is 24/72 working hours* for Peninsular shipments by NACEX. Shipments by other carriers (large volume orders) will be detailed below.

        • Orders are processed until 13:00h. Therefore, all those made after this deadline will be sent on the next business day.

        • Non-peninsular shipments (Balearic Islands) have a delivery time of 72/96h.

      *We cannot guarantee delivery times, we make every effort to ensure that the transport companies comply with the agreed conditions, but delays may occur for reasons beyond Graphired’s control.

      Free Shipping

      When exceeding 199€ in a single order (VAT not included), only the following options will be shown:

        • Free shipping: If the order does not exceed 5 packages, it will be shipped through NACEX with 24/48h service. If it is exceeded, it will be sent through our palletized service with a delivery time of 48/72 hours.
        • Warehouse Pickup: If you select this option you will be able to pick it up after 2 hours after placing the order (you will be notified via email), at our facilities in:

      Policy regarding delivery problems

      Graphired works closely with distributors and delivery personnel to ensure smooth and efficient service. As a company, Graphired has clear policies on home delivery of its products:

          • All products must be inspected at the time of delivery by the customer.

          • Any damage detected must be indicated on the delivery note, on the copy given to the delivery personnel.

          • If it is damaged or damage is detected when the driver is present, the driver must remove the package and we will make every effort to replace the contents in the shortest possible time.

          • Any claim related to transportation must be made on the same day of delivery. To complain, send an email to “web@graphired.com”.

        Return policy

        graphired.com is subject to Law 3/2014 of 27 March by which the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal of the purchase made, provided that the requirements and conditions therein are met and regulated. Those products that involve a promotion such as the delivery of a promotional product, the return will not be considered complete if the promotional item to which it was attached is not also returned and always in the same conditions. Without prior opening and in the same packaging.

        Right of withdrawal

        The customer can return the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the order (NOT POSSIBLE FOR COMPANIES, RESELLERS OR PROFESSIONALS), except those products that have been customized or made to the customer’s liking, such as cones, tubs, cups, coasters and stickers among others.

        The shipment of this return must be made postage prepaid. Graphired does not make collections of products from Returns for Withdrawal.

        Customized products will not be returned under any circumstances, unless during the first 24 hours after receipt of the order a printing, die-cutting or assembly defect is detected. After 24 hours, no claims for customized products will be accepted.

        No returns will be accepted in any case for withdrawal of unpacked or unsealed products. Neither used, incomplete, with any type of alteration or that are not in perfect condition, with the corresponding labels and in their original packaging without having been unsealed.

        In the event that the product purchased has a manufacturing fault, it will be replaced at no additional cost. In case of non-availability, a full refund will be made to the customer.

        Procedure for claiming the return of the purchase

        To initiate a return claim, please contact us by email at web@graphired.com, indicating the following information:

            • Name:

            • Contact information:

            • Order No:

            • Date of order:

            • Product/Reference:

            • Reason for return:

            • If it is a tared product, attach photographs:

            • If possible, attach a photo of the delivery note.

          Once the email has been sent, we will reply within 24 hours confirming the return and the procedure to follow.

          If the return has been accepted, the shipment must be made using the same protective box in which it was received to protect the product.

          After examining the item(s) we will let you know if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid for the item(s) purchased. The customer will only be required to bear the cost of return in the event that the return is for exchange or withdrawal of the purchase.

          The amount of the reimbursement will be made by the same means of payment in which the order was placed, deducting the costs generated by the initial shipment.

          The shipment must be made using the same protective box in which it was received.

          Deliveries in Poor Condition or Other Models

          The customer must check the state of delivery of the merchandise, verifying that it has arrived in optimum condition without having suffered any damage during the transport period. No claim for transport damage will be admitted after 24 hours from the reception of the product.

          IMPORTANT – Please note when receiving the material:

          All goods received must be checked upon unloading. If the packaging is broken, this must be noted on the transport agency’s delivery note.. It is essential to be able to manage its subsequent replacement in case of breakage.

          THE AGENCIES DO NOT ACCEPT PENDING REVISION AS A REASON FOR NOT DECLARING IN THE DELIVERY THE DETERIORATION OF THE PACKAGING OR BREAKAGE OF THE GOODS. BREAKAGE OF THE MERCHANDISE. IT MUST BE SPECIFIED AND COMMUNICATE IT IN LESS THAN 24 hours, OTHERWISE THEY WILL NOT TAKE CHARGE.

          They have 24 hours to make the claim if there is breakage in the material. They must send an email to the following email address: web@graphired.com attaching images or videos. After this period no claims will be accepted.

          Those products that have been customized or made to the customer’s taste, such as cones, tubs, cups, coasters and stickers among others, which are in poor condition with any manufacturing defect, must also be communicated within 24 hours after receipt of the order.
